Work Order Management - Receives,
processes, and manages work order requests from hiring managers. Monitor fulfillment and
escalate as appropriate

Candidate Management - Reviews auto
matches and acts as liaison between hiring manager and supplier as it relates to
scheduling interviews and negotiating rates

Supplier Interface - Provides
feedback to suppliers as it relates to open work orders and employee interviews. Process
work authorization and ensures suppliers have signed and returned all appropriate forms

Contractor Management - Facilitates
client introduction into the company, including orientation, set-up and security approvals

Performance Evaluations - Client
Account Managers may become involved with performance issues, rate adjustments and
