If managing the day-to-day activities with your various sources of supply is placing a heavy demand on your company, SourcePoint's Client Account Managers are available to lighten the load. On-site Client Account Managers provide hands-on assistance in the following areas:

·         Work Order Management - Receives, processes, and manages work order requests from hiring managers. Monitor fulfillment and escalate as appropriate

·         Candidate Management - Reviews auto matches and acts as liaison between hiring manager and supplier as it relates to scheduling interviews and negotiating rates

·         Supplier Interface - Provides feedback to suppliers as it relates to open work orders and employee interviews. Process work authorization and ensures suppliers have signed and returned all appropriate forms

·         Contractor Management - Facilitates client introduction into the company, including orientation, set-up and security approvals

·         Performance Evaluations - Client Account Managers may become involved with performance issues, rate adjustments and extensions.

·         Problem Resolution - Client Account Managers are experienced recruiters/account executives with knowledge of the IT industry.
